WELCOME TO THE CLIFF HOUSE

The Cliff House, designed by Joseph Hans and Ralph Bennett Architects and built in 1965, was the premier residential apartment address in Corpus Christi for many years. Located on the bluff overlooking the bay on South Upper Broadway Street, Cliff House is downtown yet unknown to most; we have been called the best kept secret in town. We are just a few minutes away from all of the entertainment and sports venues, the museums, many restaurants and the whole downtown scene with views of the bay. This beautiful building has been continuously maintained and upgraded.

In 1977 the Cliff House went Condo. As such, we have a paid staff managed by an unpaid “Board of Directors” elected by the owners, known as “Cliff House Council of Co-Owners”

Presently, Cliff House is roughly sixty percent (60%) owner occupied, with the remaining units leased out by individual owners. C-H does not own nor does it manage any rental properties, and short term leases are not permitted.
